Getting Started
What's the difference between selling and consigning?+
Direct sale: we buy your items outright at a wholesale price, paid within 48 hours. Consignment: we list and sell on your behalf for a higher final return, paid after the sale.
How long does the review take?+
Our collector team reviews every submission within 48 business hours. Larger collections may take up to 5 business days.
Is there a minimum value?+
We accept individual items above $100 and full collections above $1,000. Smaller items can still be bundled into a collection submission.
Pricing & Payout
What are your fees?+
Commission ranges from 10–20% depending on final sale price. Full breakdown on the Pricing & Fees page.
When do I get paid?+
Within 5 business days of cleared funds after the sale. Bank transfer or store credit (with 5% bonus).
Are there hidden fees?+
No. Authentication, photography, and listing are included. Optional services like cinematic video are quoted upfront.
Authentication & Returns
Do you authenticate everything?+
Yes — every item passes Bricko authentication before listing. Failed items are returned free of charge.
What if my item doesn't sell?+
After 90 days we re-strategize (price, photos, channels) or return your item free of insured shipping.
Can I withdraw my item?+
Yes, anytime before a sale is finalized. A small handling fee may apply if the item has already been photographed.
Shipping & Logistics
Do I pay for shipping?+
No. Approved submissions receive a prepaid insured label from Bricko.
Do you offer pickup?+
Yes — free white-glove pickup for high-value consignments in major Australian metros.
International submissions?+
We accept international consignments above $2,000 in value. Contact our concierge team before shipping.
